Rebecca (Becky) Kopp Dunham received a bachelor's in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead and obtained her master's in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. She is dual-licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is an approved social work supervisor in MN and ND for clinical and non-clinical supervises and enjoys helping others grow their skills.

Becky has experience working with all ages across a variety of settings and as the wife of a Minnesota farmer, Becky has a special interest in identification and treatment of mental-health issues related to farm stress. Through the Farm-to-Farm Therapy™ program, she provides in-person and tele-health services to farm families, and has been featured as a speaker on the topic via platforms such as "News and Views with Joel Heitkamp" on KFGO Radio, North Dakota Living magazine, the Washington Post, AgWeek and the North Dakota State University Livestock Extension Ag Challenges Webinar Series, among others. She also is a speaker on the topic at both community events and conferences.

Becky is trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), obtained a certificate in permanency and adoption competency, and is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor-Adult.

Becky resides in the area with her husband and 3 children. She loves her time on the farm with her family and their animals, time in her garden and flowers, as well as enjoying a coffee on the porch.
