Danielle is a licensed clinical social worker in the states of North Dakota and Minnesota. Danielle obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Following her graduation from Concordia, she went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work at Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona with specialization in child welfare. Danielle has worked in the child welfare system for 10 years as a Child Protection social worker as well as case manager. She has experience working with women and children encountering domestic violence as well as unaccompanied, undocumented minors. Danielle is Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Danielle utilizes treatment strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has also received training in DC 0-5 and Internal Family Systems.

Danielle appreciates diversity and strives to be sensitive to each individual’s culture. She considers it an opportunity to walk alongside people in difficult periods of their lives. It is her hope that together, healing can be found. She strives to create a calm, fun environment to facilitate that healing process. Danielle approaches individuals with curiosity and considers each person the driver of their healing.

When Danielle isn’t working, she enjoys being with her family. Danielle is married, has four children, two dogs and a cat. Some of her favorites are coffee, camping, exploring, traveling, reading, and sports.
