Jasmine is a small-town, North Dakota-grown farm girl who has always aspired to work with children and families. She earned an undergraduate degree in social work from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2010. Jasmine went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota in 2011.

Jasmine has experience working as a social worker with individuals and families in a variety of settings, which include intensive in-home therapy, a Mental Health Counselor at a correctional facility, and a Foster Care Case Manager with county social services. Jasmine has a profound understanding of the impact child abuse and/or neglect has on children and families. She is particularly concerned with the impact of trauma and attachment on children and adolescents and improving interventions to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical, behavioral, and relational health.

Jasmine currently specializes in treating anxiety, anger, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and family/relationship concerns. Jasmine is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Jasmine values the belief that every human being has the potential to change and continue to learn throughout his or her life. She meets each individual where he or she is at, and seeks to guide and empower the person to grow and be the best version of themselves.

Jasmine is the mother of two beautiful daughters. She loves spending time with family and helping on the family farm. Jasmine enjoys nature, working in her garden, reading, listening to and playing music, and staying active.
