Toby McClary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Pronouns: they/them.  Toby is non-binary and strives to not only be an ally to LGBTQ+ folks, but also an advocate and as such Toby works to support equality and acceptance through providing a safe, affirming space to every identity.  

Toby earned a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2006. In 2018, Toby obtained their Master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota. They previously worked in child welfare for 7 years. Toby has a passion for working with disadvantaged families and children and hopes to continue this work in a more therapeutic setting. Toby is currently certified in AutPlay, DC 0-5 and PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy). They are also trained in TF-CBT and in training for PACC (Permanency and Adoption Competency Certification).

Toby was born and raised in the Moorhead-Fargo area and lives in the metro area with their partner and 4 children.  Toby and their family enjoy snuggling their 2 fur babies, baking, and playing heavy (complex) board games in their free time. Toby is also excitedly a Volunteer Youth Events Coordinator for FM Pride Committee.
